RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
At Blue Moon Bell LLC, our return policy is simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a full refund, or exchange the item for another item of equal value, no questions asked,within a 60 day period. Don’t worry: the 60 days starts from the day you receive the order.
Returning or exchanging items is easy. Just send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
You will receive a return shipping label via e-mail. Just place the item in a box with your original packing slip or invoice, and Blue Moon Bell will take care of your return or exchange in a timely manner. If your return or exchange was due to the fault of Blue Moon Bell (for example, we sent you the wrong item), or if the item was damaged in transit,Blue Moon Bell will pay the return postage for your return or exchange and (for exchanges) the shipping cost for the new or substitute item. Otherwise, Blue Moon Bell will not be obligated for the return postage for your return or exchange, or for any additional shipping and handling charges, which will be your responsibility.Refunds and exchanges of products sold in bulk will not be granted if the weight of any returned item is less than 70% of the original product weight. Also, please note that refunds are not issued for any expedited shipping or international shipping charges (such as USPS priority, UPS, or Federal Express two day, next day, or overnight services), regardless of the reason for your return or exchange.
After 60 days has passed from your order delivery, there will beNO refunds or exchanges.
Any gift item shipped to you fromBlue Moon Bell may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a futureBlue Moon Bell order. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Returns for orders originally purchased with a Blue Moon Bell gift card will be refunded to theBlue Moon Bell card used in the original order. Merchandise credits may be redeemed onbluemoonbell.COM and are not redeemable in retail locations.
